Nerissa's performance history includes various freelance performances as well as performances with the Vassar Repertory Dance Theater, with whom they performed with from 2018 - 2022. With the Vassar Repertory Dance Theater they have performed in works by by Desmond Richardson, Steve Rooks, Leslie IP Sachs, Larry Kegwin, and Kirvin Boyd, as well as in numerous works by fellow company members. While studying at Vassar, Nerissa also worked with various student choreographers in independent projects, such as Hannah Littman's "we found eachother in the rubble" and Saskia Globig's "STEAD," and other projects. Before joining the Vassar Repertory Dance Theater, they performed with the Dance Institute of Washington's Youth Ensemble at various festivals including the Youth America Grand Prix, Atlas Arts Festival, the Kennedy Center's National Dance Day and Philadelphia Youth Dance Festival.
